Returns the absorption model’s stored bioavailability parameter.
HONESTY: this is a model parameter, not a compound-specific computed
prediction. AbsorptionModel::new() seeds it with a neutral 0.5
placeholder; nothing in this module computes a real per-compound
bioavailability (that needs a genuine PBPK / first-pass-metabolism
model). Do not surface this as a prediction — it will read 0.5 for
every compound until the field is set from real data or a real model.
