Module chora 

Chora — the spatio-temporal commons canvas inside WellFair (Peace Infrastructure).

WellFair is the rights-grounded personal vault and host shell; Chora is one area within it (not a replacement for WellFair). Canvas state is reached via crate::wellfair::api::WebizenHostApi.
